East Texas Parliamentarians

Welcome

Greetings on behalf of the East Texas Parliamentarians Board of Directors and members. The East Texas Parliamentarians is a unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) and the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians (TSAP). The object of the Unit is to promote the study of parliamentary procedure and the educational programs of NAP on a local level.

Parliamentarians bring order where there is confusion and disorder. Parliamentarians address the will of the majority, while protecting the rights of the minority. The East Texas Parliamentarians welcomes any interested persons who wish to learn more about Parliamentary Procedure and Roberts Rules of Order.

As president of the East Texas Parliamentarians I wish to see our Unit grow and become a vital force within East Texas. Please call us if you have any interest in Parliamentary Procedure or need more information on how to conduct a proper meeting. We look forward to bringing productive and orderly meeting management to East Texas with harmony and professionalism.
